Mission
What you will drive
- Manage scholar communications, program inquiries, and outreach regarding renewals, missing documents, tutoring, and program participation.
- Maintain and update scholar records, track graduation dates, run reports, and monitor GPA alerts.
- Support donor records, acknowledgments, and stewardship activities, and assist with fundraising events.
- Coordinate volunteer communications, event logistics, and administrative tasks including calendar management and document organization.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or operations experience.
- Strong data entry and database management experience; proficiency with CRM, Google Drive, Airtable, Excel/Sheets.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Nonprofit experience preferred; ability to work remotely with accountability.
