What you will drive

  • Design and implement structured change management frameworks and strategies aligned to digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead stakeholder impact assessments, organizational readiness evaluations, and align project sponsors on messaging and expectations.
  • Develop and deliver enablement programs including training, workshops, and resources to drive technology adoption across the workforce.
  • Manage enterprise communications strategy and build relationships with stakeholders to sustain engagement and advocacy.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 7+ years of change management experience supporting enterprise technology or digital transformation initiatives; experience in legal or regulated environments preferred.
  • Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency with Microsoft 365, project management tools (Jira, Monday, Trello, Asana), and data analysis platforms (Tableau, PowerBI).
