Two-Year Manager, Digital Transformation

• Design and implement structured change management frameworks and strategies aligned to digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead stakeholder impact assessments, organizational readiness evaluations, and drive adoption metrics.
• Develop and deliver enablement programs including training, workshops, and train-the-trainer models.
• Manage enterprise communications strategy and build relationships with stakeholders to sustain engagement.

This role drives the adoption of digital tools that enhance Earthjustice's ability to protect the environment and combat climate change, ensuring the organization operates efficiently and effectively in its mission.

• 7+ years of change management experience supporting enterprise technology or digital transformation initiatives.
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Communications, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, project management tools (Jira, Monday, Trello, Asana), and analytics platforms (Tableau, PowerBI).
