What you will drive
- Design and implement structured change management frameworks and strategies aligned to digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead stakeholder impact assessments, organizational readiness evaluations, and align project sponsors on messaging and expectations.
- Lead the design and delivery of enablement programs including training, workshops, and hands-on sessions to build workforce confidence and competence.
- Develop and manage an enterprise communications strategy to keep stakeholders informed and engaged across transformation initiatives.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Communications, or related field.
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) required.
- 7+ years of change management experience supporting enterprise technology or digital transformation initiatives; experience in legal or regulated environments preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Monday, Trello, Asana; proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools like Tableau, PowerBI.
