Technical Program Manager, Research, FAR.Research

Technical program manager overseeing AI safety research programs and infrastructure, from conception through delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Take complex technical programs from idea to delivery: scope plans and milestones, then manage multi-team work efficiently and transparently.
- Prioritize competing demands with research teams to focus effort on highest-impact work across model deception, interpretability, evaluation, and safety domains.
- Build and maintain compute and resource roadmaps by identifying bottlenecks, accelerating progress, and developing external partnerships.
- Package and transfer research findings, methods, and tools to frontier labs and other stakeholders for real-world application.
- Requires 4+ years building technical programs from scratch, strong ML/AI understanding (no coding required), and experience delivering complex technical initiatives.
