Technical Program Manager, Research

• Manage technical programs for research and infrastructure teams, owning projects end-to-end from conception to delivery.
• Scope programs with clear milestones and keep multi-team work moving efficiently to a high technical standard.
• Prioritize competing demands with research teams to focus effort on the highest-impact work.
• Build and maintain compute and resource roadmaps by identifying bottlenecks and accelerating progress.

This role accelerates AI safety research by enabling research teams to work more efficiently and by transferring findings to frontier labs, reducing risks from advanced AI.

• Experience managing technical programs or projects in a research or engineering environment.
• Ability to scope projects, set milestones, and coordinate cross-team work.
• Strong prioritization and resource management skills.
• Familiarity with AI safety or technical research contexts preferred.
