Technical Expert to Support the Development of the Compendium of Best Practices on Disaster Management: Commemorating 20 Years of AADMER(Consultancy)

• Conduct a desk review of ASEAN's disaster management progress over 20 years of AADMER.
• Develop the Compendium outline and consolidate stakeholder contributions.
• Prepare draft and final versions of the Compendium for review and finalization.

This role contributes to strengthening regional disaster management coordination and resilience in ASEAN, ultimately reducing the impact of disasters on vulnerable communities.

• Expertise in disaster management, emergency response, or related fields.
• Experience in developing knowledge products, compendiums, or similar reports.
• Strong research, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Consultancy contract for 11 months with possibility of extension. Home-based arrangement. Estimated start date July 2026.
