What you will drive

Develop high-quality, SCORM/xAPI-compliant self-paced e-learning modules to strengthen staff competencies across eight country offices. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct a training needs assessment and produce a prioritized curriculum plan.
  • Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using industry-standard authoring tools, optimized for low-bandwidth environments.
  • Integrate modules into the LMS, perform QA testing, and provide handover training and documentation.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Advanced degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience developing SCORM/xAPI-compliant e-learning content with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent.
  • Experience optimizing content for low-bandwidth environments and working in humanitarian/development contexts (desirable).
