Consultancy for the Development of Staff Capacity Building Training Content for Self-Paced E-Learning

Develop high-quality, SCORM/xAPI-compliant self-paced e-learning modules to strengthen staff competencies across eight country offices. Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct a training needs assessment and produce a prioritized curriculum plan.
• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules using industry-standard authoring tools, optimized for low-bandwidth environments.
• Integrate modules into the LMS, perform QA testing, and provide handover training and documentation.

This consultancy directly strengthens the capacity of ForAfrika staff across eight African countries, enabling more effective humanitarian and development programming that reaches vulnerable communities.

• Advanced degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience developing SCORM/xAPI-compliant e-learning content with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent.
• Experience optimizing content for low-bandwidth environments and working in humanitarian/development contexts (desirable).

Payment in instalments linked to deliverable acceptance. Budget includes professional fees, software licences, and other costs as detailed in the proposal. No salary range provided.
