Business Developer (Data Protection Services)

• Lead commercial development of outsourced DPO and GDPR-compliance services for French NGOs, associations, and humanitarian organizations.
• Build and qualify a sales pipeline, pitch to decision-makers, and close recurring service contracts.
• Manage CRM, report on activity and conversion, and gather market feedback to refine the offer.

This role helps nonprofit and humanitarian organizations protect the personal data of the people they serve, strengthening trust and compliance in the sector.

• Proven B2B sales/business development experience, ideally selling SaaS or subscription-based services.
• Autonomous and self-driven, able to own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Native or fluent French required; professional English is an asset.
• Knowledge of GDPR/data protection principles is a strong asset.

Part-time, autonomous role with commission-based targets. Work closely with founding team and data protection experts. Remote within Europe.
