Mission

What you will drive

Provide grant writing and project development services to support IRC Poland's fundraising efforts, including:

  • Analyzing donor guidelines and funding opportunities
  • Drafting concept notes, proposals, and full applications
  • Developing logframes, theories of change, and budgets
  • Coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders and ensuring quality assurance

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Proven experience in preparing successful applications under EU programs (e.g., CERV, FERS/FSE+) and other national/regional schemes in Poland
  • Strong knowledge of EU Funding & Tenders Portal, SOWA, and MEWA systems
  • Excellent proposal writing and project design skills
  • Excellent written and spoken Polish and English
