Grant Writing and Proposal Development Services “International Rescue Committee Poland” Foundation

Provide grant writing and project development services to support IRC Poland's fundraising efforts, including:

• Analyzing donor guidelines and funding opportunities
• Drafting concept notes, proposals, and full applications
• Developing logframes, theories of change, and budgets
• Coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders and ensuring quality assurance

This role strengthens IRC Poland's capacity to secure funding for humanitarian, integration, recovery, and development programs, directly supporting vulnerable populations in Poland and beyond.

• Proven experience in preparing successful applications under EU programs (e.g., CERV, FERS/FSE+) and other national/regional schemes in Poland
• Strong knowledge of EU Funding & Tenders Portal, SOWA, and MEWA systems
• Excellent proposal writing and project design skills
• Excellent written and spoken Polish and English

Non-exclusive Framework Agreement; no guaranteed minimum volume; assignments commissioned on an as-needed basis. Compensation based on unit rates as per financial proposal.
