Technical Director, Capture Management Lead - Water

• Lead and win enterprise critical pursuits (typically £25m+ revenue) in the Water sector, owning the pursuit strategy from identification through submission.
• Develop and implement winning capture and client positioning strategies, fostering collaboration across global and regional business lines.
• Drive operational excellence throughout the pursuit lifecycle, including governance, bid budgets, team composition, and supply chain selection.
• Establish and nurture client relationships, analyze competitive landscapes, and build a diversified pipeline of qualified opportunities.

This role drives strategic growth in the Water sector, enabling AECOM to deliver transformative water infrastructure projects that improve community access to clean water and sustainable water management, contributing to environmental sustainability and public health.

• Proven experience in capture management and strategic growth within the Water industry or related infrastructure sector.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive cultural change.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience with bid processes, proposal development, and pursuit governance.
