Mission
What you will drive
- Oversee general accounting operations including General Ledger, AR/AP, Fixed Assets, Payroll, internal controls, and accounting policies.
- Manage monthly close activities, prepare financial statements, and coordinate with external auditors for annual audit and Form 990 preparation.
- Oversee grants and contracts accounting, ensuring compliance with Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200), FAR, and award-specific requirements.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including nonprofit, government-funded, or complex operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, accrual accounting, audit preparation, and government contract accounting standards (Uniform Guidance, FAR).
- Proficiency with Sage Intacct and advanced Excel skills.
