Technical Director, Capture Management Lead - Water

• Lead and win enterprise critical pursuits in the Water sector, owning the pursuit strategy from identification through to submission.
• Develop and implement winning capture and client positioning strategies, fostering collaboration across global and regional business lines.
• Drive operational excellence throughout the pursuit lifecycle, including governance, bid budgets, and team composition.
• Establish and nurture client relationships, analyze competitive landscapes, and build a diversified pipeline of qualified opportunities.

This role drives strategic growth in the Water sector, enabling AECOM to deliver transformative water infrastructure programs that improve community access to clean water and sustainable water management, contributing to environmental and social well-being.

• Proven experience in capture management and strategic growth within the Water industry or related infrastructure sector.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with ability to lead major enterprise-level pursuits (typically £25m+ revenue).
• Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience in driving cultural change, mentoring teams, and implementing best practices in pursuit and positioning.
