Software Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for the fixed income trading system.
• Own key features from design through delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering technical excellence.
• Collaborate with architects and principal engineers to ensure best practices and contribute to architectural discussions.

This role directly contributes to improving the efficiency and reliability of financial markets infrastructure, enabling better price discovery and liquidity for global clients.

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with C/C++ programming languages and Unix/Linux development.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and messaging technologies (e.g., Solace, Google Protocol Buffers).
• Solid understanding of software design principles, secure coding practices, and Agile methodologies.
