Technical Director, Capture Management Lead - Water

• Lead and win enterprise critical pursuits in the Water sector, owning the pursuit strategy from identification through to submission.
• Develop and implement winning capture and client positioning strategies, fostering collaboration across global and regional business lines.
• Drive operational excellence throughout the pursuit lifecycle, including governance, bid budgets, and team composition.
• Establish and nurture client relationships, analyze competitive landscapes, and build a diversified pipeline of qualified opportunities.

This role drives strategic growth and secures transformative water infrastructure programs, enabling AECOM to deliver sustainable, resilient water solutions that benefit communities and the environment.

• Proven experience in capture management and strategic growth within the Water industry or related infrastructure sector.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with ability to lead major enterprise-level pursuits (typically £25m+ revenue).
• Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Knowledge of sustainability, ESG, digitalization, and innovation trends in the water sector.
