Lead technical oversight of lead exposure and toxic site remediation programs across multiple African countries, ensuring scientific rigor and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and quality assurance for lead exposure source identification, risk assessment, and site remediation activities across Africa.
- Support country teams with field investigations, site screenings, exposure assessments, and translate scientific evidence into operational program designs.
- Develop and deliver training materials on lead exposure assessment and remediation; build capacity of technical managers, program teams, and government counterparts.
- Requires 6–12 years in environmental health or pollution control programs in low- and middle-income countries, with direct experience leading contaminated site remediation.
- Requires Master's degree in environmental health, engineering, public health, toxicology, or related field; fluency in English and willingness to travel 40% annually.
