Team Lead – Electrical Engineering

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of electrical engineers, managing performance and professional growth.
• Oversee team capacity, workload, and project priorities to ensure effective resource allocation.
• Ensure engineering output meets technical, safety, and quality standards while enforcing compliance with regulations.
• Drive process improvements and coordinate with project management, commissioning, and operations teams.

• Approximately 10–12+ years of electrical engineering experience, including 3–5+ years in a team lead or people management role.
• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Building Services Engineering or related field; professional registration preferred.
• Strong people management, structured organization, and technical credibility.
• Fluent English required; Dutch or other European language useful.
