What you will drive
Design and pilot talent development programs to move skilled professionals into AI governance roles.
- Build systems to identify, map, and track talent across the AI governance ecosystem.
- Design and test new recruitment pathways for senior professionals and candidates unsuited to current formats.
- Connect fellows and alumni to impactful roles through referral pipelines and career support.
- Requires experience in program management, operations, or building new initiatives from concept to execution.
- Requires strong judgment of people, self-direction, and ability to run multiple workstreams in parallel.
