What you will drive

Executive assistant supporting two senior directors across AI law and policy research, managing calendars, correspondence, and cross-team coordination.
- Manage two directors' calendars and inboxes: draft substantive correspondence, prepare meeting briefs, and protect focus time across competing priorities.
- Own project deadlines end-to-end, track commitments, and flag risks early to prevent last-minute scrambles.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, process expenses, and handle IT administration and event logistics.
- Requires strong written communication, ability to prioritize ruthlessly across two stakeholders, and discretion with sensitive information.
- Prior executive or personal assistant experience supporting multiple senior leaders preferred; familiarity with AI policy or Google Workspace helpful.
