What you will drive
Executive Assistant providing strategic support to a US policy director at an AI governance think tank.
- Manage calendar and meeting logistics with independent judgment on priorities, scheduling, and focus time protection.
- Draft substantive correspondence, track commitments, and triage communications on the Director's behalf.
- Own project deadlines end-to-end, flag risks early, and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, handle IT administration, and support team events and retreats.
- Strong written communication, proactive problem-spotting, and discretion with sensitive information essential.
