Job description
Connect promising AI safety talent from Kairos programs to high-impact roles across the ecosystem.
- Identify standout participants from programs, maintain accurate records, and support their career development through advice and introductions.
- Make referrals of strong candidates to open roles and fellowships; track outcomes to improve matching.
- Mission-aligned with AI safety context; excellent judgment under uncertainty and comfort making independent decisions.
- Prior recruiting, talent operations, or AI safety ecosystem experience valued; generalist or early-stage startup background helpful.
