Talent Database Lead

• Expand the candidate database and improve data quality to match promising talent to impactful roles.
• Identify coverage gaps in key candidate populations and build acquisition channels through campaigns and partnerships.
• Develop data-sharing arrangements with fellowship programmes and training providers to access valuable talent networks.
• Collect richer candidate signals about experience, strengths, and career interests beyond standard CV information.
• Establish responsible data standards by defining clear frameworks for provenance, consent, and acceptable use.
