Recruiter

• Represent Coefficient Giving to candidates and hiring managers, specializing in pipeline development or round management to support rapid organizational growth.
• Source and engage strong candidates through outreach, informational calls, event representation, and external channels.
• Manage hiring rounds from start to finish, coordinating evaluation steps, interviews, stakeholder communication, and infrastructure.
• Build and maintain partnerships with external referral networks and community contacts to strengthen sourcing efforts.
