Job description
- Lead paid advertising campaigns end-to-end to recruit talent into high-impact programs.
- Meet with clients, understand their goals, and develop comprehensive campaign strategies.
- Own creative direction, messaging, and campaign execution across platforms.
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and iterate to optimize campaign outcomes.
- Build and document processes while leveraging AI to increase efficiency.
