Generalist, Operations

• Manage business operations including finance, compliance, HR, grants, and systems for Kairos' programs and Pathfinder groups.
• Run financial operations: pay vendors, supervise accountants, support bookkeeping and audits, manage payroll and benefits.
• Support fiscally sponsored Pathfinder groups by onboarding, monitoring compliance, and handling support requests.
• Build systems and automations to eliminate repetitive operational work.

This role ensures the smooth operation of Kairos and its Pathfinder groups, enabling them to focus on their missions and maximize their positive impact.

• Experience in operations, finance, or administration.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with financial processes, compliance, and HR.
• Ability to build systems and automate workflows.
