Syrian National/Regional Expert – Enterprise Ecosystem and Business Support Development for Impact Hub Aleppo

• Provide contextual, market, and ecosystem expertise to design and develop Impact Hub Aleppo's enterprise support services, including market assessments, service offerings, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support the adaptation of international best practices to the Syrian context and contribute to the design and piloting of incubation programs.
• Facilitate relationships with local institutions, mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners to strengthen the hub's positioning and sustainability.

This role strengthens the local entrepreneurial ecosystem in Syria, enabling enterprises to grow, innovate, and create employment opportunities, thereby fostering economic resilience and self-reliance in conflict-affected communities.

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Management, Development Studies, or related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in enterprise development, SME support, entrepreneurship, business advisory services, or economic development.
• Demonstrated knowledge of the Syrian and regional private sector and entrepreneurial ecosystem; familiarity with regional enterprise development trends is an asset.
• Excellent command of both Arabic and English; strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
