Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide contextual, market, and ecosystem expertise to design and develop Impact Hub Aleppo's enterprise support services, including market assessments, service offerings, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Support the adaptation of international best practices to the Syrian context and contribute to the design and piloting of incubation programs.
  • Facilitate relationships with local institutions, mentors, investors, and ecosystem partners to strengthen the hub's positioning and sustainability.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Management, Development Studies, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in enterprise development, SME support, entrepreneurship, business advisory services, or economic development.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Syrian and regional private sector and entrepreneurial ecosystem; familiarity with regional enterprise development trends is an asset.
  • Excellent command of both Arabic and English; strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
