What you will drive

  • Coordinate and support daily administrative and operational functions across all DRMM departments and locations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate organizational records, files, and databases.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for staff and department heads.
  • Provide general administrative support to program, finance, and HR teams as needed.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of office coordination or administrative support experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
