Implementation & Innovation Associate

• Coordinate implementation projects and technical assistance activities across multiple initiatives, including developing work plans, monitoring progress, and maintaining documentation.
• Conduct research, environmental scans, policy reviews, and landscape analyses to support systems modernization and innovation.
• Develop practical resources such as toolkits, playbooks, guidance documents, presentations, and dashboards for state and local human services agencies.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities including learning collaboratives, communities of practice, workshops, and peer learning events.

This role helps state and local human services agencies strengthen programs and improve outcomes for children, families, and communities by turning innovative ideas into practical solutions that improve service delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Public Health, Sociology, Human Services, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Human Services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ability to apply knowledge to human services programs, practices, and policies.
• Competencies in project management, cross-collaboration, facilitation, time management, writing, problem solving, adaptability, survey analysis, teamwork, change management, and e-learning.
