Mission
What you will drive
- Lead paid digital advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Search, and Google Demand Gen, managing creative testing, agency relationships, and geotargeted campaigns.
- Own product marketing and conversion architecture, including blog and website content operations, SEO, and CRO to drive qualified B2B leads.
- Manage lifecycle marketing and lead nurturing through email automation, audience segmentation, and lead magnet campaigns.
- Support B2B sales enablement by creating bottom-of-funnel toolkits and ensuring webinar integration for lead capture.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, or lifecycle marketing in a B2B environment.
- 4+ years hands-on experience managing multi-channel paid B2B digital advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Google) and external agencies.
- Proven success in conversion rate optimization, funnel strategy, and automated email logic.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana), marketing automation platforms, landing page builders, Salesforce, and CRM workflows.
