Supply Chain Advisor, Quantification Analytics Tool

Lead supply chain analytics and commodity security across four African countries using forecasting tools and data-driven planning.
- Develop quarterly aggregated supply plans analyzing forecasting, inventory, and procurement data to identify stockout risks and funding gaps.
- Provide technical assistance to country teams on forecasting methodologies, quantification exercises, and supply planning processes.
- Support implementation and effective use of the Quantification Analytics Tool (QAT) for inventory monitoring and supply chain analysis.
- Requires 7+ years in health supply chain management, forecasting, and quantification in low- and middle-income countries.
- Requires Master's degree in supply chain, public health, pharmacy, or related field; fluency in English and French essential.
