What you will drive
- Monitor and steer supplier performance against contractual SLAs and KPIs, ensuring network reliability and service quality.
- Prepare quarterly SLA calculations and performance reports, and lead supplier performance reviews.
- Drive strategic initiatives, manage supplier-related campaigns and retrofit projects, and oversee claims and cost-recovery topics.
