Strategic Partnerships & Donor Engagement

• Develop and execute a strategic partnership framework to engage donors, foundations, family offices, and CSR platforms.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure high-value partnerships that advance CRD's research-to-development mission.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from initial outreach to milestone-based conversion and stewardship.

This role directly mobilizes resources for evidence-based development solutions, enabling CRD to bridge research and practice in underserved regions.

• Proven track record in securing partnerships with donors, foundations, Gulf philanthropy, family offices, or CSR platforms.
• Strong network within the MENA region's philanthropic and development ecosystem.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Self-starter comfortable with performance-based, outcome-driven compensation.

Performance-based compensation tied to engagement milestones. No fixed salary or retainer. Global remit with MENA anchor. Independent consultancy arrangement.
