Mission
What you will drive
- Build and execute NYPACE's fundraising strategy in partnership with the Executive Director, managing corporate sponsorships, institutional giving, and individual donor stewardship.
- Coordinate fundraising campaigns, maintain donor database, track metrics, and prepare reports for the Board.
- Support major donor cultivation and develop mid- to long-term fundraising strategy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 8 years of nonprofit development or fundraising experience.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate, steward, and convert corporate and individual prospects into donors.
- Experience with corporate sponsorships, event fundraising, and individual donor campaigns.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, and project management skills; familiarity with donor CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
