What you will drive

  • Provide technical, managerial, and financial assistance to small, disadvantaged community water and wastewater systems.
  • Assess client needs and recommend solutions to build capacity for sustainable operations.
  • Develop and deliver trainings to rural and Indigenous communities and local leaders.
  • Help clients access financial resources for drinking water, wastewater, and solid waste needs.

What makes you a great fit

  • One to three years of water, wastewater, or environmental project management experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance meeting RCAC requirements.
