Small Utility Consultant I (Job #362) ($76,103 - $83,976)

• Provide technical, managerial, and financial assistance to small, disadvantaged community water and wastewater systems.
• Assess client needs and recommend solutions to build capacity for sustainable operations.
• Develop and deliver trainings to rural and Indigenous communities and local leaders.
• Help clients access financial resources for drinking water, wastewater, and solid waste needs.

This role directly improves access to safe drinking water and sanitation in underserved rural and Indigenous communities, building local capacity for sustainable water and wastewater management.

• One to three years of water, wastewater, or environmental project management experience.
• Commitment to rural communities, drinking water access, or health equity issues.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance meeting RCAC requirements.

Salary range: $76,103 - $83,976 annually. Remote position with travel to remote communities. Evening/weekend work may be required. RCAC is an equal opportunity employer.
