Freelancer International Fundraiser

As the International Director, you will partner with the founder to develop and grow Swift Sports Organisation. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Building strong organizational systems and governance structures
• Developing international partnerships and networks
• Mobilizing resources and leading fundraising efforts
• Implementing and overseeing community projects

This role will directly contribute to fighting poverty and transforming the lives of disadvantaged children, girls, and single mothers in Uganda through sport, education, and community-based programs.

The ideal candidate will bring strengths in:

Compensation is tied to a mutually agreed share in the organization's future growth and income-generating projects.
