Staff Product Manager

• Partner with the CPO to develop and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Prism as the agentic operating platform for data centers.
• Translate floor-level customer pain into clear product requirements and lead delivery of key integrations.
• Own metrics for success including adoption, progress along the insight-to-autonomy axis, and expansion revenue.
• Mentor other PMs and raise the standard for product practice across the team.

Phaidra's AI-powered control systems reduce energy consumption and improve efficiency in industrial facilities, directly contributing to climate change mitigation by optimizing resource use and lowering carbon emissions.

• 8+ years of technical product management experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional ability to translate customer needs into strategic product direction and sequence ambitious vision into fundable steps.
• Strong technical acumen including system architecture, integrations/APIs, and data platforms.
• Experience mentoring other product managers and excellent communication skills in an all-remote setting.

Base salary ranges (US): $150,280 - $243,100 depending on location tier.
