Staff Engineer

• Lead mechanical architecture and design strategy for complex product platforms and next-generation technologies.
• Drive innovation in product design, materials, manufacturing technologies, and reliability improvements.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple product development programs and mentor engineering teams.

This role accelerates the global energy transition by developing innovative solar tracking and clean energy infrastructure, enabling higher performance and reliability of utility-scale power plants.

• 10+ years of progressive mechanical product development experience.
• Advanced expertise in mechanical design, FEA, materials engineering, reliability, and manufacturing processes (high volume stamping & roll forming).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven ability to lead technical decision-making across multidisciplinary teams.
