Staff Engineer, Full Stack (Remote, US)

• Lead technical design and architectural decisions for complex full-stack software projects.
• Build and maintain features bridging backend infrastructure and frontend user experience.
• Mentor and guide small groups of engineers, fostering a strong engineering culture.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

This role directly contributes to building the largest residential virtual power plant in North America, enabling customers to save energy and money while promoting cleaner energy for everyone.

• 7+ years of industry experience building complex software.
• Full-stack expertise with significant experience in backend (Python) and frontend (TypeScript/React) development.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with SQL databases.
• Proven experience leading the design of complex software systems with deep understanding of architectural patterns.

• Full-time position with competitive base salary: $170k - $220k.
