Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as the technical lead for customer opportunities, owning the technical conversation with customer engineering teams and executives.
- Size and configure Antora's thermal batteries for each site, optimizing trade-offs across performance, cost, and site constraints.
- Produce conceptual site layouts, heat integration designs, and cost estimates supporting letters of intent and investment approvals.
- Scale the applications engineering function by building tools, defining playbooks, and mentoring a small team.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's or equivalent in mechanical, chemical, or electrical engineering (or related field) and 12+ years of experience (or 8+ with a relevant advanced degree) in utility-scale energy projects, large industrial facilities, or energy equipment applications.
- Deep expertise in either industrial process/thermal systems or power systems, with working fluency in the other.
- Experience with energy storage and/or utility-scale energy projects, including site layout and equipment configuration.
- Exceptional customer-facing communication and presentation skills; AI-fluent with strong automation instincts.
