Staff Accountant

• In this role, you'll own the full accounting cycle, building financial systems for organizational growth.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Support grant and fund accounting by tracking restricted and unrestricted funding and preparing grant reports.
• Develop accounting policies, internal controls, and financial processes suited to scaling.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax preparers while providing financial analysis to leadership.
