What you will drive
- Lead efforts to support the origination and closing of renewable energy real estate assets in the United States.
- Manage a pipeline of deals across the US and facilitate dialogue between pricing, origination, legal, and the management team.
- Negotiate and draft documents for commercial real estate transactions.
- Oversee due diligence activities and underwriting assets for lease terms, projected cash flow, and operator, offtaker, and facility information.

What makes you a great fit
- 6-12 years as a commercial real estate attorney at a mid to large-sized law firm and in-house at a renewable energy developer.

- Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
- Outstanding oral, written, and analytical skills.
