Sr. Manager, Data Center Controls Engineer

• Define and maintain controls engineering standards, specifications, and design guidelines across data center projects.
• Oversee the design and integration of BMS, EPMS, and related control systems, ensuring alignment with electrical/mechanical systems and operational requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of controls engineers, driving consistency and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with controls vendors, integrators, and technology partners, and support commissioning activities.

This role directly supports the development of reliable, affordable energy infrastructure and data center projects that accelerate the transition to cleaner, more sustainable power sources, benefiting communities and the environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Network Engineering or related field; PE license preferred.
• 8–12+ years of experience in controls engineering, with a focus on data centers, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial/commercial facilities.
• Strong expertise in BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and controls system integration; experience with BACnet, Modbus, and industry-standard controls platforms.
• Proven experience leading projects and managing or mentoring engineering teams.

Base Pay: $160,000–$190,000 per year.
