Sr. Manager, CSA and Permitting - Data Centers

• Define and maintain CSA design standards, specifications, and guidelines across data center projects.
• Lead permitting strategy, planning, and execution across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
• Oversee civil, structural, and architectural design development from concept through construction, integrating with electrical, mechanical, and controls systems.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CSA and permitting professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

This role directly supports the development of reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy and data center infrastructure, accelerating the transition to cleaner power sources and enabling America's growing energy demands.

• Proven experience in civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) design and permitting for large-scale data center or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to drive consistency in standards and processes.
• Expertise in building relationships with authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs), utilities, and regulatory agencies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, identify permitting risks, and drive mitigation strategies to maintain schedules.

Base pay range: $160,000–$190,000 (USD). Total compensation may include discretionary annual bonus.
