What you will drive

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, deepening relationships and identifying opportunities.
  • Develop and grow strategic utility and energy client relationships in the MISO region.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities aligned with engineering consulting services and grid modernization trends.
  • Lead strategic account planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue tracking to meet growth targets.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of professional sales experience in the energy industry working directly with utilities.
  • Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Electrical Engineering.
  • Technical knowledge of the electric utilities industry and account management principles.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRMs.
