What you will drive
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, deepening relationships and identifying opportunities.
- Develop and grow strategic utility and energy client relationships in the MISO region.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities aligned with engineering consulting services and grid modernization trends.
- Lead strategic account planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue tracking to meet growth targets.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of professional sales experience in the energy industry working directly with utilities.
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Electrical Engineering.
- Technical knowledge of the electric utilities industry and account management principles.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRMs.
