South-East Europe & Black Sea Region Programme Director

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all programme initiatives, activities, and projects in South-East Europe and the Black Sea region.
• Develop and maintain professional networks, identify growth opportunities, and support fundraising and outreach efforts.
• Supervise, mentor, and coordinate Project Coordinators and research teams to ensure timely delivery of publications, reports, and events.

This role advances justice for victims of conflict and human rights violations, supports sustainable peace, and strengthens accountability mechanisms in a region affected by historical and ongoing conflicts.

• Master’s degree in international law, international relations, international security, peace and conflict studies, or a related field.
• Strong commitment to peacebuilding, human rights, and the Platform’s mission.
• Good knowledge of political, legal, and security developments in South-East Europe and the Black Sea region.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams to deliver concrete outcomes.

This is an unpaid senior leadership opportunity ideal for gaining management experience in international development and peacebuilding within a non-governmental organization. Remote work with physical presence in the region required.
