What you will drive

  • Conduct complex analysis of testimonial, documentary, and open-source evidence to support war crimes and crimes against humanity case development.
  • Develop timelines, case maps, linkage analyses, and structured analytical products for prosecutorial decision-making.
  • Provide mentorship and technical assistance to Ukrainian justice actors on analytical methodologies.
  • Contribute analytical frameworks and instructional materials for Justice Bootcamp activities and Digital Justice Hub resources.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in law, international relations, political science, intelligence analysis, human rights, criminology, or conflict studies.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in analytical work related to criminal investigations, international crimes, or accountability mechanisms.
  • Demonstrated experience in linkage analysis, pattern analysis, network analysis, or case-building support in complex criminal investigations.
  • Excellent research, writing, and critical-thinking skills; ability to synthesize large volumes of information into actionable products.
