Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead coordination of policy and advocacy efforts across Civic Engagement, Census, and Recovery & Resiliency.
  • Monitor and analyze policy developments, translate updates into actionable steps for staff and partners.
  • Develop and facilitate advocacy trainings, toolkits, and resources for Coalition members.
  • Support compliance with 501(c)(3) advocacy guidelines and internal coordination.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in public policy, public administration, political science, or related field required; Masterโ€™s preferred.
  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in community engagement, civic engagement, advocacy, or related work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to explain policy issues clearly.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities.
