Operations and Development Associate (Remote)

• Support World Without Exploitation's transition from a fiscally sponsored project to an independent 501(c)(3) by tracking milestones, developing SOPs, and coordinating with external partners.
• Lead CRM implementation, including data migration, staff training, and ongoing maintenance.
• Assist with donor communications, acknowledgment letters, and event logistics.

This role directly supports the operational infrastructure of an organization dedicated to ending human trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation, enabling more effective policy advocacy, survivor-centered programming, and public education.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a related field.
• Three or more years of nonprofit experience, with exposure to operations, compliance, or organizational transitions strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; familiarity with online databases and digital platforms.

Salary range: $58,000–$68,000 (commensurate with experience). Fully remote position. Opportunity to build foundational systems from the ground up in a small, mission-driven team with real ownership over work.
