South Carolina Operations Manager

• Lead the implementation of National Mental Health Corps (NMHC) in South Carolina, including grant management, member recruitment, host site management, data collection, and fund development.
• Manage member enrollment, onboarding, and communication with applicants and host site agencies.
• Collect, analyze, and report on grant performance data, and support annual evaluation plans.

This role strengthens South Carolina's mental health workforce pipeline by deploying AmeriCorps members to expand access to evidence-based mental health interventions and support services in underserved communities.

• Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience with AmeriCorps (staff or member) preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites.

NMHC offers a competitive benefits package for full-time employees. Pay is $70,000 annually (non-negotiable).
