Software Sales Executive - Hunter Role

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and outreach activities
• Build understanding of the software product portfolio, value proposition, and competitive landscape
• Conduct discovery discussions with prospective clients to align software solutions with business needs
• Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close complex software deals

This role directly contributes to the digital transformation of power infrastructure by expanding adoption of software solutions that support the evolving power grid and energy landscape, helping organizations manage, optimize, and modernize energy systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• Proven track record in a software sales “hunter” role with consistent achievement of sales quotas
• Experience with lead generation strategies and sales development techniques
• Knowledge of enterprise software solutions, preferably within the energy sector or related industries
